Strategic Insight Composer: composing a complete issue picture

Narrative detection produces many fragments of information. What leadership and communications teams need is not a list of fragments but one picture they can read quickly. This module composes the detected narratives and events into a complete issue picture: what is happening, who is involved, how it stands in relation to the institution, and which parts need attention first.

It works at stage 02 (Analytics & Insight) and receives the output of Narrative Event Detection. The result feeds Trend & Escalation Assessment at the same stage, then flows to the Strategic Response Advisor at stage 03 (Strategy & Action) as the basis for response recommendations.
